Privacy Policy
SmileysCBShop.com understands your right to privacy, and takes precautions to protect it. We do not share or sell any of our customers’ information with any organization or entity. All credit card and customer information is encrypted and transmitted using PayPal's secure server. Your card information goes directly to PayPal. No one ever has access to that information. It's as if you swiped the card yourself. This is more secure than ordering by phone, fax, or even handing your card to someone in person. We use Paypal to verify credit card payments and protect against fraud for our customers and our business. For orders where the provided PayPal address and the shipping address differ, we will call the contact number provided to clarify that the order (and the person ordering) is legitimate. We do not keep any information other than what is needed for shipping in our computers. This ensures your financial information is never compromised.
Payment Policy
We accept credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. With credit card purchases, PayPal will send us a confirmation of payment and your order will be processed. E-Check payments work the same way, but the confirmation can take up to 7 days. As soon as we receive confirmation that payment has cleared, your order will be processed. If you would like to place an order by phone, we can e-mail you a PayPal invoice and a receipt from SmileysCBShop.com, or we can take your credit card number over the phone and ship your receipt with your order. We do not accept COD orders.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless other arrangements have been made by phone. Smaller items (such as coax connectors, small antenna mounting brackets,some Predator 10k replacement parts, etc.) can be shipped via USPS. For orders shipped USPS, please call 1-888-833-9581 to place your order.
Shipping: All domestic orders received will ship within three business days of receiving the order. Exception: Payments made by e-check will not ship until we receive confirmation that payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, so any order received on those days will be processed on the next working business day, and will ship within three days after that.
Foreign Orders:
At this time, we cannot accept orders from anywhere outside the United States.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, simply send us an email or call 1-888-833-9581 before the order ships and we will do the best we can to stop the order. Any orders canceled after being shipped are subject to the Returns Policy.
Returns Policy
Products may not be considered for return 30 days from the shipping date. Products that have been in use that become defective should be sent to manufacturer’s repair facilities as outlined in the owner’s manual. Replacement parts that require soldering (such as diodes, transistors, switches, power jacks, etc) are sold as-is and cannot be returned. Owners’ manuals, schematics, and service manuals cannot be returned unless they are unreadable (due to misprints, bad copies, etc).
Damaged Items
Any item damaged by the carrier will be covered by insurance, which is automatically included in shipping charges. Please contact the carrier that delivered the item to begin the claims process. Keep all the boxes and packing material. The carrier will need this for inspection before processing a claim. Take pictures (preferably digital photos) of the box, packing material, and damage to the item(s) for your records. We are not responsible for damaged items.
Incorrect Items
An incorrect item is an item received that is substantially different from what was advertised. If we ship you a 4-foot antenna when you ordered a 3-foot antenna, this is incorrect. If our product page advertises a phone with an answering machine, and the phone does not have an answering machine, this is incorrect. Incorrect products must be returned to us, in new condition with original carton, packaging, accessories, and receipt (or copy). Incorrect products returned missing packaging, accessories, manuals, etc or having damaged packaging, accessories, manuals, etc will receive a partial refund if a refund has been requested.
Instructions for returning incorrect items.
1. Contact SmileysCBShop.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. This may be done by calling us at 1-888-833-9581 or by emailing us at SmileysCBShop@charter.net.
2. You will receive an email informing you if the RA has been approved. If it has, you will receive a return label via UPS. Once you receive this label, return the item using the label.
3. Once we receive the item back it will be checked out to make sure all accessories, packaging, manuals, etc. are with it. Once this is completed, a replacement will be shipped, or a refund issued. In the event of a refund, original shipping charges for incorrect items are refunded. You are entitled to a FULL refund if we miss-ship the item, and it is returned in new condition.
New Items
A new item return is an item that was ordered, fulfilled correctly, but the customer does not want. New items can only be returned if they are in new condition. New condition means that the product AND PACKAGING look as they did when shipped. The minimum restocking fee for new returns is 25%. This fee will be increased for new products returned missing packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., or having damaged packaging, accessories, manuals, etc. This includes items that were packaged in plastic clamshell packaging, products that have security tape on the boxes, and products that show obvious signs of wear from usage.
Instructions for returning new items.
1. Contact SmileysCBShop.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. This may be done by calling us at 1-888-833-9581 or by emailing us at SmileysCBShop@charter.net.
2. You will receive an email letting you know if the RA has been approved. If it has, you may ship the product to us. Please write the RA# on the top and all 4 visible sides of the box. PACKAGE MUST BE SENT TO THIS ADDRESS BY UPS ONLY!!! This is for your safety and security, as well as ours.

We do not cover return shipping for new items. We prefer UPS because this is an insured, traceable method that we have had very few problems with. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us or arrive damaged.

Have a radio that is out of warranty and needs repair? Don't throw it out. Call 1-888-833-9581 for an estimate on repair and an RA number, write the number all over the box, and ship it via UPS to:
